INFRASTRUCTURE: CONNECTING COMMUNITY
South Pheonix is an underfunded area, divided from Phoenix by the river at its north border. As a new transit line goes in, this project explores how upgrading existing parks to reflect and amplify local identity, and connecting through a new circulatory shuttle, can disarm gentrification by investing in supporting local connectivity across the existing community.
